We strive to document and acknowledge every contribution to ensure fair recognition and reward for the value each contributor provides.

Gifting, diversity, and inclusion are at the heart of our cOHMunity. We prototyped our framework in diverse contexts, from community arts gatherings to open science conferences and decentralized projects.. By collaborating with diverse populations, we ensure our processes and technologies remain radically inclusive—embracing all people, regardless of skills, background, or financial means.
Mind
WISDOM represents the collective intelligence of our community, designed to celebrate contributions and elevate contributors who add value through their efforts. By creating replicable templates for diverse applications, we aim to decentralize labor and resources, enabling autonomous coordination among aligned organizations, cooperatives, and communities.

Contributor rewards translate into voting power and a fair share of resources as we transition toward decentralization.
