We’re guided by open science principles: transparency, sharing, inclusivity, fairness, and reproducibility. All of our research and tools are freely available under open source licenses. We strive to document and acknowledge every contribution to ensure fair recognition and reward for the value each contributor provides.

By collaborating with diverse populations across the arts, science, and technology sectors, we ensure the tools and processes we develop are radically inclusive—embracing all people, regardless of skills, background, or financial means.

Our framework captures the wisdom of the community, designed to celebrate contributions and elevate contributors who bring value through their efforts. We’re creating replicable templates for diverse contexts, so we can decentralise labor and resources and enable autonomous coordination across aligned communities.
