We follow Open Science principles: transparency, sharing, inclusivity, fairness, reproducibility, and accountability. Our research and tools are made freely available under open source licenses wherever possible. We record and review contributions transparently, so we can recognise and reward everyone who brings value to the collective.
Heart
Gifting, gratitude, and inclusivity are at the heart of our community. By collaborating with diverse people across the arts, science, non-profit and technology sectors, we ensure the tools and processes we develop embrace everyone, regardless of skills, background, or financial means.

Our framework captures the wisdom of the crowd, recognising contributions and rewarding people who bring value to the collective. By testing Wisdom across diverse contexts spanning gatherings, conferences, research, technology development and more, we’re creating replicable templates for communities to self-organise, celebrate contributions, and coordinate with clarity.
